A Brooksville City Council Member Residency Requirements Amendment question is on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hernando County, which is in Florida, where it was approved.
This question amended the Booksville City Charter to allow for the forfeiture of office should the Council Member no longer meet the requirement of having primary residence within the city limits.[1]
