Bruce Long
Bruce Long was a circuit court judge for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly in March 2009 and retired from the court on January 1, 2014.[2]
Education
Long received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary.[3]
Career
Before he joined the 9th Judicial Circuit, Long served as a district court judge for the 9th Judicial District Court from 1998 to 2009. He has also previously worked as an attorney in private practice and served as a supervisor for Gloucester County.[2]
