Bruce J. McGivern is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He was first appointed to this position on January 19, 2007, and his current term will expire on January 18, 2031.[1][2]
Education
McGiverin received an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and a J.D. from Columbia University.[3]
