Bruce Rogers
Bruce Rogers was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 34 of the Michigan House of Representatives.[1][2] He was a Republican candidate for District 34 in 2010 and 2012.
Biography
Rogers started as an automotive technician, later becoming Service Operations Manager in charge of consumer, dealership franchise, and corporate service business for General Motors in the south-central United States.[3]
Rogers earned two certificates from Genesee Area Skill Center and attended Mott Community College.[4]
Elections
2014
Elections for the Michigan House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 22, 2014. Sheldon Neeley defeated seven others in the Democratic primary. Bruce Rogers was unopposed in the Republican primary. Neeley defeated Rogers in the general election.[5][6][1][2]

2012
Rogers ran in the 2012 election for Michigan State House District 34. He ran unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and was defeated by incumbent Woodrow Stanley (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.
2010
Rogers ran for election to the District 34 House seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Woodrow Stanley (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[7][8]
