Bruce S. Mencher

Bruce S. Mencher was a judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. President Gerald Ford appointed Mencher to the court October 14, 1975. He assumed senior status in 1991.[1][2]

Mencher received his undergraduate degree from George Washington University and in 1960, his J.D. from its Law School.[2]
