Two Winchester Village Current Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the townships of Brush Creek and Liberty which are in Adams County.
Both measures were approved
The Brush Creek measure sought to renew the current cemetery levy which is set at a rate of 1 mill for a period of five years in order to further pay for cemetery maintenance costs in the township.

- NO 189 (40.82%)
The Liberty measure sought to renew the current cemetery levy which is set at a rate of .9 mill for a period of five years in order to further pay for cemetery maintenance costs in the township.[1]
