Bryan Eppstein is a Republican political consultant operating in the state of Texas. Eppstein founded the Fort Worth-based firm The Eppstein Group in 1982.[1]
Career
Bryan Eppstein founded the public relations and consulting firm The Eppstein Group in 1982. The firm works in public relations, polling, election consultation and advertising. The firm's website notes that they have worked on "over 1,500 elections with federal, statewide, state legislative, local and judicial candidates."[2] Eppstein's list of clients includes Republicans Fort Worth Mayor Mike Moncrief, U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, U.S. Rep. Kay Granger and Texas Rep. Charlie Geren.[3]
According to The Texas Tribune, "Eppstein primarily leads the firm's advertising design arm and as a lobbyist and pollster for the Texas Medical Association and Verizon Communications.[3] He also represents the Fort Worth Professional Firefighters Association, the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation and the Employees Retirement Fund of the City of Fort Worth.[4]
Eppstein has received a number of honors for his work as a consultant. In 2004, Mike Hailey's Capitol Inside named him the top political consultant in the state of Texas. The site noted that he "is widely recognized as one of the best political minds on either side of the aisle in Texas."[5] In 2008, the Eppstein Group won five awards from the American Association of Political Consultants for political advertisements.[6]
