I am a lifelong resident, and a business owner who cares about the City of Shelton, and especially the downtown area. I have been involved in civic organizations to enhance the community and quality of life in the area.

  • I want to create more parking in the downtown, to make it easier for people to visit the restaurants and shops.
  • I would like to increase the police presence not only in the downtown area, but the whole city, to help people feel safe.
  • I want to fund our school system better to help with the education of our children.

Safety, parking, education, and also clean up and beautification of our downtown.

Cashier and delivery person for a mom and pop grocery store.

My dad, the most honest and sincere person I have ever known.

For the government to fulfill it's responsibility of taking care of it's residents you need transparency and involvement of it's residents. Invite resident questions and comments in person at events or in writing.

Limit the current overdevelopment in the city, and make sure our services are adequate.

We need to fully fund our police department and make sure it is fully staffed. I would also like a police officer on the beat in the downtown area.

The downtown is thriving with new businesses. However, we have to make it more accessable, especially with more parking and fixing sidewalks so people can patronize the businesses.

Currently we do not have enough police officers to cover the city. With all the new apartments and residents, we need to improve public safety.

Yes, add more officers and have an officer walking the beat downtown.

If the covid pandemic gets worse, I feel we should return to mask wearing and social distancing depending on the severity

We need more transparency in our city government. Residents deserve to know what is happing.

I am an honest, go0getter. I believe in doing what's right, for the good of everyone.
