I am a lifelong Merrimack resident and am proud to call this town home. I will be graduating this fall, a semester early, from Boston University with a degree in mathematics (before the legislative session begins).

I have a passion for community service and fighting for the working people of Merrimack. I was quite involved in the Boy Scouts, attaining the rank of Eagle and assisting as an adult after graduating from the youth program. I also served as a Senate Page in Washington, D.C., which afforded me the opportunity to learn much about the legislative process.

Above all, I believe Merrimack needs an independent voice in Concord. Especially during the pandemic, we need to put party politics aside and focus on supporting Merrimack's working families and small businesses, which I pledge to do if elected.

  • We need to ensure Merrimack's small businesses and working families are supported during this unprecedented pandemic.
  • We need to hold St. Gobain accountable for polluting our water supply. In addition to increasing our standards for drinking water, we must provide ample funding for PFAS testing and research.
  • I will fight to help build a New Hampshire for everyone. With the highest property taxes in the nation, the young people of Merrimack are often forced to leave the state, which limits future economic growth and hurts small businesses. We need to attract young people to the state by lowering in-state tuition at our public colleges and decreasing the burden of high property taxes.
I am passionate about creating a sustainable, conservation-minded fiscal policy that works for everyone in New Hampshire, and not corporate special interests. St. Gobain, a multi-billion dollar French corporation, came into Merrimack and took advantage of our position as a small town. Instead of catering to the large corporations, I believe in creating opportunity for small business owners to thrive.

Most pressingly, I believe we can create a sustainable, growing economy while combating the threat of climate change. If elected, I pledge to work towards cutting greenhouse gas emissions in New Hampshire while preserving a small business-oriented pro-growth economy.
No. I believe a fresh perspective is needed in Concord, so that the people of Merrimack are put before party politics.
I believe an independent commission should be in charge of the redistricting process so that neither party can gerrymander the state to favor themselves.
In June of this year, I attended the "I hear you" vigil for Black lives at Abbie Griffin park in Merrimack. I, and about 100 others, heard the first-hand experiences that Black people have faced while living in our community. As any other attendee could tell you, their stories were heartbreaking. No person should have to deal with racism in the year 2020.

Yet it isn't enough to just recognize systemic racism in our communities. We must actively work to end systemic racism, and we must strive to meet the demands of the Black Lives Matter movement in New Hampshire.
