A Buckeye Lake Village Fire Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Licking County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question authorized the village of Buckeye Lake to renew a property tax levy of 5 mills ($5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund fire and emergency medical services.[1]
