A Bucyrus City Income Tax Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Crawford County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the City of Bucyrus to increase income taxes by 1/2 of 1 percent (0.5%) for a continuing period of time in order to fund municipal services and facilities.[1]

“ Shall the Ordinance providing for one-half per cent increase levy on income, to be used exclusively for the provision of general municipal operation, maintenance of equipment, new equipment, extension, enlargement and improvement of municipal services, facilities and

capital improvements of the City of Bucyrus, for a continuing period of time, commencing January 1, 2013, be passed?[1][2]
