My wife of 30 years and I have a combined family of 7 children, 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Professionally I owned and operated a Private Probation agency for 29 years, which I recently sold. I am a graduate of BYU. I have been a conservative activist in St. Charles County for 32 years and decided it was time to take a more direct role in our State Government.
  • Our suburban community is seeing an increase in felony crimes perpetrated by mostly no-residents of our community. This must be stopped. My 29 years of experience in criminal justice uniquely qualifies me to work with our Police and local leaders to end this importation of crime.
  • The first barrier against crime is self-defense. I am a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment. I worked hard to elect leaders who would go on to pass CCW. I support the Castle Doctrine and it's expansion to cover citizens at their businesses and places of employment.
  • I will oppose government encroachment of our Liberty and freedoms. No mandates based on fake science will be tolerated.
Pro-life. I have been passionate about this issue since I was a teen in the mid-70's. Just because Roe was overturned recently does not mean the fight is over. In truth, it is just beginning as the fight shifts to State Governments across the USA.

Taxes and fiscal responsibility. Missouri State Government must spend less. Our neighbor, Illinois has six million more residents but only about 15,000 more state employees. The size of our government in Missouri must be trimmed.
I look up to my youngest son. We adopted him at age 3 from Ukraine in 2000. He has cerebral palsy and at the time had been walking about a month and only weighed 21 pounds at age 3. When arriving here, he began an arduous regimen of surgeries and physical therapy over the next 5 years. Never complaining, he just worked and worked. He began to play ice hockey at age 5 and other sports as well. Never discouraged, he just kept at it. As a High School Sr. he was the starting goaltender and received the St. Louis Blues High School player of the week. When I think I can't accomplish a task, I think of him.

I also look up to my next youngest son, who was also adopted from Ukraine in 2000. We kept it touch with his Grandmother throughout the years, even visiting her several times. My son even served as a missionary in Ukraine for 2 years right after High school Graduation. Several days after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he called and told us he was putting together a rescue mission of his Grandmother. He left the next day for Poland. He organized a driver to provide transportation and security to mover her from her home to the Polish border. This normally 4 hour trip took 4 days due to traffic. She safely crossed the border where my son greeted her and took her to a location where he medical treatment set up. Within a week she was safe in a European city with friends. His determination gives me hope when I need it.
I went to work at my Father's Hobby and Craft store at age 8 and worked there until 18.
