Guidry received a bachelor's degree in political science from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Loyola University in 1980.[3]

Career

Guidry has experience as a defense attorney and prosecutor. He opened a private practice in 2008. Additionally, Guidry is a farmer, musician, and writer.[3]
