Byron Konschuh

Byron Konschuh is a judge for the 40th Circuit Court in Lapeer County, Michigan. He was appointed to the court by Governor Rick Snyder in March 2013 to replace retired Judge Michael Higgins.[1] On November 4, 2014, Konschuh was elected to a full six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[2]

Career
Konschuh served as prosecuting attorney in Lapeer County from 2000 to 2013. He has also previously worked as an attorney in private practice.[1]
