C. L. "Buck" Rogers is a former circuit court judge for the Eighteenth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He became a judge on the court in 2000 and was re-elected without opposition in 2006.[1][2] On February 27, 2014, Rogers died suddenly of an aortic aneurysm.[3]

Education

Rogers received his undergraduate degree from the Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree from the Memphis State School of Law in 1975.[1][4]

Career

Before his election to the Eighteenth Circuit Court, Rogers worked as an attorney in private practice for the law firms of Goodall & Bone, Goodall & Rogers, and Rogers and Moore for twenty-five years.[4]
