Charles Robert Montgomery is the Democratic judge of the Alabama 1st Judicial Circuit, Seat 2. He was first elected in 2010. Montgomery won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1][2]

Biography

Montgomery received his Bachelor of Arts and J.D. from University of Alabama. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1982. Prior to becoming a judge, he worked as a private practice attorney.[2][3]
