C. Yvonne Holt-Stone is an associate judge for the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland.[1] She has served as a judge on the court since May 10, 1991 and her current term expires in 2021.[2][3]

Education

Holt-Stone received her undergraduate degree from Morgan State College in 1971, her master's in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973, and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1979.[2]
