BOLD PAC is a political action committee that was founded in 2001 as the fundraising arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. The group says it supports "strong Hispanic candidates and candidates who embrace BOLD policies."[1]
Mission

Background
BOLD PAC was founded as the fundraising arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus in 2001 and was called the Building Our Leadership Diversity PAC until 2003.[3][4]
In 2014, Democratic Rep. Tony Cárdenas of California was elected chair of the PAC. Cárdenas faced Rep. Joaquín Castro (D-Texas) in a secret ballot election.[5]
