Caesar D. Cirigliano
Caesar D. Cirigliano was a justice of the Bronx County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 12th Judicial District of New York. He was an acting justice of the Kings County Supreme Court from 1994 to 1996 and was a certificated Bronx County Supreme Court Justice beginning in 2007. His last term expired in 2012.[1][2]
Education
Cirigliano received his B.S. degree from Fordham University in 1959 and his J.D. degree from the Brooklyn School of Law in 1963. He also attended the Treasury Law Enforcement School in Washington, D.C. in 1964.[1]
Career
Cirigliano began his career in 1964 as an attorney in charge of the NYC Legal Aid Society. He then became a judge of the New York Court of Claims in Westchester County in 1989. He left that position in 1994 to work as an acting justice of the Kings County Supreme Court until 1996. He later became an acting justice for the Supreme Court in Bronx County. He was a Bronx County Court of Claims Judge from 2000 to 2006 and became a certificated Supreme Court Justice in 2007.[1]
