Caleb Hoobery is an Idaho native who was born and raised in Caldwell and moved to Emmett Idaho in 2013. Caleb is currently attending Western Governor’s University for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Cloud Computing. Over the last several years Caleb has served on several community boards including the Gem County Rod and Gun Club and has been very active serving Idaho’s political interests. Caleb was elected as the Chairman of the Legislative District 8 in 2020 for the Idaho Republican Party. Caleb is a member of the Idaho Young Republicans and continues to serve Gem County as a current precinct committeeperson.

  • I will support and defend the Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear arms in the State of Idaho
  • I will defend the right to make medical decisions and not allow a government mandate a procedure
The education of our children is one of the most important public policies that we should focus resources on. This includes defending the rights of parents to stand up and change the course of education. We are here to serve those that may serve behind us and make this country and state a better place to live. Our future is the success of out students and I will fight to make sure they have all they need to create their own better tomorrow.
My grandfather, He enlisted in the Navy during the Korean War and had a long history of serving his community when he was discharged. He always taught me that working for what you have is the key to a meaningful life and always enjoy each day as if it were your last.
My first historical event was witnessing the World Trade Towers fall on 9/11/2001. I was 17
My first job was washing dishes in food service establishment. I had that job for two years.
