To achieve this, we need to strategically attract industries that offer not only employment but long-term, sustainable careers. This requires a comprehensive approach, including targeted training programs to equip our workforce with the skills demanded by these industries.
In particular, I'm passionate about leveraging the potential of technology and new-age manufacturing. These sectors not only drive innovation but also present unique opportunities for individuals who may not hold traditional college degrees. By investing in training and education tailored to these fields, we can unlock doors for a broader range of our community, ensuring that everyone has access to the opportunities of the future.

Campaign website
Theodros' campaign website stated the following:
“ | Caleb was a student at Harding High School who noticed the lack of access that he and his peers from the west-side received compared to other sides of town. He’s running for Charlotte City Council District 3 so that through transportation, economic development, and creating a safer area for our kids, we may see everyone in our community have an equal chance to thrive.
Put simply, Caleb is running for Charlotte City Council District 3 because now, more than ever, we need a new generation of leaders who will push for bold solutions to our most pressing problems, while understanding and having learned from community partners and leaders who have been here for decades. If elected, Caleb will be a passionate advocate for protecting the rights of our families and will fight each and every day for the people of the District 3.[2] |

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
