In 1994, voters decided on 19 statewide ballot measures in California. On June 7, voters decided on nine. On November 8, voters decided on 10.

  • Five were initiated state statutes.
  • One was a combined initiated constitutional amendment and state statute.
  • Eight were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
  • One was a legislatively referred state statute.
  • Four were bond issues.
  • Voters approved nine (47.37%) and rejected 10 (52.63%).
