The California Gubernatorial Veto Power Amendment, also known as Amendment 28, was on the ballot in California on November 3, 1908, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure related to the approval and return of bills by the governor, as well as gubernatorial veto power.[1]
