The California Juror Compensation Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the ballot in California on November 3, 1908, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure regulated the compensation of grand and trial jurors and provided that said compensation not exceed three dollars per day plus mileage expenses.[1][2]
