The California Public Employee Benefits Reform Initiative is sponsored by the California Foundation for Fiscal Responsibility. Although the formal legal steps to get the measure on the ballot have not yet been put in place, advocates for the measure are assembling an advisory board and making public appearances to advocate on behalf of the reform.
