California San Francisco Seawall, Proposition 2 (1908)

The California San Francisco Seawall Proposition, also known as Proposition 2, was on the ballot in California on November 3, 1908, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was defeated. The measure would have provided for the issuance of bonds to fund the construction of wharves, piers, seawalls, railroads, spurs and appurtanances in the city and county of San Francisco.[1][2]
