Californians Against Unfair Deals
Basic facts

Californians Against Unfair Deals (CAUD) was a ballot committee organized in California to defeat Propositions 94, 95, 96, and 97, which were on the February 5, 2008, special presidential primary ballot.

It was one of two major ballot committees organized to defeat the four Indian Gaming Compacts. The other committee organized to defeat them was called Tribes for Fair Play, which itself donated over $11 million to Californians Against Unfair Deals.
