Calvin Osterhaven

Calvin E. Osterhaven was a judge for the 56th Circuit Court in Eaton County, Michigan. He was elected to this position on November 5, 1996 and was re-elected in 2002 and 2008. His six-year term was set to end on January 1, 2015.[1][2][3][4] However, Osterhaven retired in February 2013.[5]
Education
Osterhaven received his B.A. degree from Hope College and his J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial election, he worked as a Senior Attorney and Adult Probation Agent for the City of Lansing and as a private practice lawyer from 1982 to 1996. He was then elected to the circuit court bench. He has also taught at Lansing Community College.[1]
