| “ | Shall the Village Board of the Village of Campton Hills enter into a Franchise Agreement with NICOR whereby funds received from NICOR will pay the cost of providing emergency warning sirens in the Village, with the cost of approximately $3.50 per month added to the bills of NICOR customers for a maximum of 12 months (May 1, 2013-April 30, 2014) (thereafter dropping to approximately $0.50 per month).
