A Canal Fulton City Street Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Stark County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.
This question would have authorized the City of Canal Fulton to increase property taxes by 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for three years in order to fund street repair and maintenance.[1]

| “ | An additional tax for the benefit of the City of Canal Fulton for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three (3) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] | ” |
