Kiya Hunt is the superintendent of the Canal Winchester Local School District. She was nominated on July 7, confirmed on July 18, and started serving in this role on August 1, 2022. Her last term ended on July 25, 2025. Her previous experience includes serving as the assistant superintendent for the district since 2014.[1]
Past superintendents
- James Sotlar is the superintendent of the Canal Winchester Local School District from January 2013 until August 1, 2022.[1] Sotlar's previous career experience includes working as the assistant superintendent of the Pickerington Local School District, a principal, and an assistant principal.[2][3]
