Biography
Candace Aylor earned an associate degree in nursing from El Centro College in 2001 and a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Ashford University in 2014. Aylor's career experience includes working as a medical policy nurse analyst with the Texas Medicaid Healthcare Partnership. Aylor was elected to serve as the vice chair of the Behavioral Health Advisory Committee to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.[1]
