Candidate declares to challenge incumbent near Little Rock, Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas: Barbara Graves (D), a businesswoman from Little Rock has declared her candidacy for Arkansas House of Representatives District 32 seat.[1]
Graves is challenging Allen Kerr (R), who was first elected to the district in 2008.[2]
Currently, the Democrats hold a 10-seat advantage in the Arkansas House of Representatives. In 2010 election, Republicans picked up 17 seats to narrow the gap.
