The Capital Development Committee is a joint standing committee of the Colorado General Assembly.

Per the Joint Rules, all joint committees of the Colorado General Assembly, unless otherwise ordered by a joint resolution, will have two senators and three representatives. Conference committees will have three senators and three representatives.[1]

Function

The Capital Development Committee (CDC) is a statutory committee responsible for reviewing funding requests for capital projects from all state agencies, and making prioritized recommendations to the Joint Budget Committee.[2][3]
