Biography
Carl Walker received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.[1] Walker worked as a private practice attorney and an administrative hearing officer in Chicago prior to his judicial appointment in 2006.[1] He served as a judge on the Cook County 1st Subcircuit in Illinois from 2006 to 2018.
