Carl F. Becker
Carl F. Becker was a multi-bench judge for the County, Family and Surrogate's Courts in Delaware County, New York. He was elected to the court in 2003.[1] He also served as an acting justice for the Delaware County Supreme Court.[2] Becker retired from the bench on July 31, 2015.[3]
Education
Becker received his B.S. from Clarkson College in 1970 and his J.D. from the Albany Law School in 1973.[1]

2012
Becker narrowly defeated Gary A. Rosa in the general election on November 6, 2012, winning 50.5 percent of the vote.[4][5][6]
