Carl Goldstein was a judge of the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware. He joined the court in 1990, having previously worked as a municipal court judge in the city of Wilmington. He retired from the superior court at the end of his term on January 28, 2003, but he continued to work with the drug court on a part-time basis until May 17, 2013.
