Jackson identified his campaign themes in a candidate survey submitted to the Committee for a Better Atlanta:

Traffic. I would like to bring back the toll, I285, this will raise over 10 billion in one year

Homelessness. I would like to take abandoned houses and buildings, remodel them into 2, 3, 4 bedroom homes and apartment. Because their are families with children who are homeless and we want to educate and uplift them to stability. I want more computer and on the job training programs.

Crime. I want to be tough on crime. Make everybody pull up their pants and every citizen must have id. or be fined[1][2]
