Jackson (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Maryland House of Delegates to represent District 8. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Gov. Wes Moore (D) appointed Jackson to the Maryland State Senate District 8 on February 5, 2025, to replace Katherine Klausmeier.[1]
Biography
Carl Jackson was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Overlea High School in 2002. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Strayer University in 2008 and an MBA from Strayer University in 2017. His career experience includes working as an administrative analyst, payroll supervisor, payroll coordinator, and financial assistant.[2]
