Carl L. Robinson (Democratic Party) was a member of the El Paso County Commission TX in Texas, representing Precinct 4. He assumed office on January 1, 2019. He left office on January 1, 2023.
Robinson (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the El Paso County Commission TX to represent Precinct 4 in Texas. He lost in the Democratic primary runoff on May 24, 2022.
Robinson was a member of the El Paso City Council in Texas, representing District 4 from 2009 to 2017. He was not eligible to run for re-election in 2017 due to term limits.[1][2]
