Biography
Metzgar earned his B.S. in political science/Justice Studies from Frostburg State University in 2004 and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2007. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for the Law Offices of Metzgar and Thatcher, Limited Liability Company.
