Carl Moses is a former member of the Alaska House of Representatives, serving in the chamber from 1993 to 2006. He was first elected on the Alaskan Independence Party ticket and switched to the Democratic Party on May 24, 1994.[1]

Moses won re-election in the 2004 Alaska state legislative elections to Alaska House of Representatives District 37. He defeated Arthur Newman (R) in the general election, which took place on November 2, 2004.[2]
