Archie (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the Judicial District 26G judge of the North Carolina 5th Superior Court Division. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Archie was initially a superior court judge for the 26B Judicial District of the Seventh Division of the Superior Court in North Carolina. She was elected to the court on November 4, 2014. In 2018, the North Carolina General Assembly passed House Bill 717, revising the state superior court, district court, and prosecutorial districts.
