My name is Dr. Carla Hayes, and I proudly wear many hats in life. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, teacher, mentor, and nurse practitioner. I am no stranger to the education system with having two master’s degrees as well as a doctoral degree in nursing. My family moved to Keys when I was in 7th grade, and I’ve lived within two miles of Keys School since 1995. I married a local boy whose parents are both retired schoolteachers, so it’s safe to say that education and service are deeply woven into who I am
