Biography
Carla Pesce earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education and teaching from Southeastern University in 2000 and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from the American College of Education in 2015. Her career experience includes working as a teacher with Bertie County Public Schools and Accomack County Public Schools. Pesce was first elected to serve as a member of the Askewville Town Council in 2013.[1]
