Carla Schemmel
Carla Schemmel was a judge of District 5C of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 2003. She was retained on November 2, 2010.[1][2] She retired from the court in 2014.[3]
Education
After attending McKendree College, Schemmel studied at Drake University Law School, where she received her law degree in 1985.[1]
