Carlos Baker

Carlos Baker was an assigned judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California.[1] He served on the court in full capacity until his retirement in 2003, at which point he began participating in the Assigned Judges Program.[2] The program assigns retired judges temporary jurisdiction in the event of vacancies or high case loads in the courts.[3]
Education
Baker received a B.A. from the University of California, going on to earn his J.D. from the UC Hastings College of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1961.[4]
