Carlos Cisneros
Carlos R. Cisneros (b. 1951) is a former Democratic member of the New Mexico State Senate, representing District 6 from 1984 to 2019. He died of a heart attack on September 17, 2019.[1]
Biography
Cisneros attended both the University of Montana and New Mexico Highlands University. His professional experience included working as an insurance agent and for the Union Oil Company of California.[2]
