Biography

Carlos Lopez was born in Uvalde, Texas. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1998 to 2002. Lopez earned an assoicate degree from Northlake College in 2003 and a bachelor's and graduate degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2005 and 2019, respectively. His career experience includes being an educator and business owner. Lopez has been affiliated with Youth Soccer and the Democratic Party.[1]
