Carlos Méndez Núñez (New Progressive Party) (also known as Johnny) is a member of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives, representing District 36. He assumed office on January 2, 2005. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Méndez Núñez (New Progressive Party) ran for re-election to the Puerto Rico House of Representatives to represent District 36. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

Méndez Núñez was the state House minority spokesperson for the 2021-2022 session.[1]
